Letter regarding compliance of IT Act 2000 and Aadhaar Act 2016 while data sharing.

Please refer to attached D.O. letter No. NIC/DDG(SBS)/ITACT/2017 of Secretary MeitY addressed to the Cheif Secreraties dated 24th April 2017 to sensitize on IT Act 2000 and Aadhaar Act 2016 while data sharing in departmental websites. The compliance of the same is to be ensured by the District Administration on district Website prior uploading data under Survey 2018 project. Aadhaar Numbers, Mobile Numbers and Bank Account Numbers cannot be displayed on district websites.
