Notice for O Level and CCC Training for OBC Candidates

Schedule Issued for Candidates Providing Training under the Computer Training Scheme Run by the Backward Classes Welfare Department 

The Backward Classes Welfare Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh, is implementing a Computer Training Scheme for students belonging to Other Backward Classes (OBC) who have passed Intermediate (10+2) or higher educational qualifications. The annual income from all sources of the applicant’s family should not exceed ₹1,00,000.

Under this scheme, during the financial year 2026–27, computer training at the “O” Level and CCC (Course on Computer Concepts) will be provided through institutions accredited by the National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT), Government of India.

Interested candidates may apply online from 16 June 2026 to 20 July 2026 through the Backward Classes Welfare Department website:

The necessary instructions and schedule are available on the above websites.

After submitting the online application, candidates must submit a hard copy of the application form along with all required enclosures to the office of the District Backward Classes Welfare Officer, Vikas Bhawan, Meerut, by 5:00 PM on 20 July 2026. The application will be considered complete only after submission of the hard copy.
